"Vibroacoustic Reflexology(TM)" is a blending of two different non-toxic healing modalities known for their profound stress relief. Stress is a major health concern and implicated in 70 to 85 percent of all disease. It is a root cause and contributing factor in almost all illness.

 

Vibroacoustic Therapy is cutting edge healing. A blending of music therapy and vibration therapy and has a profound relaxation effect. You lay on this very soft zero gravity lounger fully clothed, put on headphones, put on black out glasses and then the music starts with the vibration like a symphony under you soothing away the tension and yes, we can arrange for a taxi to take you home.

 

The beauty of VibroAcoustic Therapy is that the lounger becomes a different healing tool simply by changing the CD containing the therapy music. One time you use it for stress relief, change the disk and stimulate the heart meridian, build bone mass, create oxygen in the blood, help arthritis, MS, back, knee and other problems including Cancer. The Audio Tapes/cds have been carefully researched and used within a variety of settings including ICU, CCU, Fertility Clinic, Pulmonary program, Pain Clinic, Medical Rehab Unit, private psychotherapy practice, and Pre-Intra-Post Operative settings over decades.

 

I have given the utmost consideration to effectiveness when choosing the selections. At this time I offer the following different types of tapes/cds: Hemi-Sync/Binaural Beats - Hemispheric synchronization (Hemi-Sync) technologies promote a condition in which portions of the electrical wave patterns of both the left and right hemispheres of the brain become synchronized - an optimal condition for harnessing more of the brain's potential. The synchronization occurs through a system of sound signals accompanied by voice instructions and neutral sound or music. This state of hemispheric synchronization occurs naturally for random moments including when we drop off and awaken from sleep. Other states of consciousness, such as sleep and focused concentration, can be produced harmlessly by using similar principles as found in these cds.

 

Hemi-Sync has been applied successfully to focus attention and accelerate learning of physical and mental skills. For controlling pain and aiding recovery from surgery and illness; for self-behavior modification and to aid psychoanalysis; to 'program' sleep cycles to slow excess mental activity and provide unique opportunities for heightened creativity, relaxation, meditation, musically inspired imagery, and stress reduction.

With frequency CD's - Quantum physics tells us that everything is vibration: rocks, cells, crystals, tables, body parts, etc. Even thoughts are energetic vibrations. That is how traumas, beliefs, and emotions can be embedded in our cells. When the cells reproduce, the energy of those thoughts become part of the new cell.

 

Research at major universities and in the U.S. government have explored the many responses to sound and find profound changes occur on the physical and emotional levels. Sound enters our auric fields, our ears, our brain, and then every part of our body. Given that our mind/body/emotions/and spirit are interconnected, there is great likelihood that all parts of us are affected when listening to sounds.

 

The frequencies on these CDs are carefully chosen to assist your mind/body in creating healthful changes. These frequencies can sound like a specific tone or a low rumble (very low frequencies) or sometimes are higher in pitch. With some of the programs Dr. Jonas is able to effectively embed the frequencies in nature sounds to help those listeners who find the tones bothersome or distracting; others enjoy the tones which again shows we humans are all different.

Please note: In addition to the vibroacoustic lounger which is a very expensive piece of equipment and top of the line in vibration/frequency/music therapy, music/frequency therapy is accomplished, at home, by listening to either CD's or streaming through headphones. This is a very inexpensive therapy to help yourself with. You just have to do it to get results. Once you have your (inexpensive) headphones, you can add other CD's with the cost of the CD's or streaming as the only additional cost.

 

A quick testimonial from myself. This vibroacoustic lounger is a very delicate piece of equipment so when it broke down I stopped using it in my office as I couldn't find someone to fix it as the company had closed when the owner died. Without client feed back, I kind of forgot about vibroacoustic therapy as my clients loved having their sessions done on the lounger as it is very comfortable.

 

I hurt my back and whined about it for months, until my friend said "Stop whining and fix yourself". Well, the first thing I did was use my vibroacoustic lounger at home (yes I have two).  I put in "Spinal Ease" in the CD and an hour later, I got up without any pain. One and done. Wow. Amazed is the only word that applies. Like everything, the proof is always  in the puddin'.  Needless to say, I'm all excited again.
