Hi. My name is Mark Cook. Twenty two years ago, totally unplanned, I took a class in reflexology (actually thinking it was something else) on a spur-of-the-moment decision to kill some time and discovered I have "The gift".  Three weeks later I'm in an advanced class with the world's formost expert Dwight Byers AKA "The Godfather of Modern Reflexology" who put aside all requirements for me to attend an advanced class based on my teachers recommendation.

 

Today,  I am an advanced hand reflexologist, foot reflexologist and I'm also trained in ear reflexology, vertical reflexology and facial reflexology. In addition to reflexology, in each session I combine/utilize a number of other drug free symbiotic healing systems to stimulate your bodies symbiotic (interconnected) systems back into balance.

 

NOTE: I combine many different healing modalies into my typical sessions because not every modality is 100 percent effective on every condition. I get great satisfaction from watching your improvements as fast as they happen.

 

Your body is comprised of a number of different systems which are designed to work together in harmony which results in a state called "homeostasis". This is a balance of all body systems working together to keep you in the best possible health. When you are out of balance, that is when illness or injury sets in. The job of the reflexologist is to help restore that balance. Every session is a full body tune up by default.

 

Regardless of the symptoms, the job of a reflexologist is to bring the endocrine and other body systems back into balance with themselves and in doing so restore homeostasis in the body. I consider the main advantage of reflexology to be prevention. Each and every session is a full body tune up with a compounding (one session builds upon another) effect. Your body tells us when it is done.

 

I specialize in pain relief. I enjoy watching your miracles. Very few know how effective quality reflexology really is. I didn't. Even after training in an advanced class with the world's foremost expert, I started working in Hailey, Idaho, a small town near Sun Valley as the only reflexologist.

 

I quickly learned how effective reflexology really is because people would come in saying "I've tried everything (other healing modalities) else (in our ski town),
I might as well try you" and they got better, fast!

Your health investment never goes to waste. That's just the way reflexology works.
